Some players reported seeing only 26 corruption, however this might have been a bug. Gardening (10) Achievement Rewards: Banner Sigil Destroy all the corruption in the Gardens of Hope without leaving the game There are 27 corruptions in the Garden of Hope. If you are having troubles with this achievement, consider unequipping any armor that grants you a bonus to the range in which you pick up the red globes. You have to be actively avoiding the health globes - if you go too close, you will pick them up. Avoid the health globes and healing wells. Self Sufficient (10 Pts) Kill Diablo without using any health globes or healing wells on Nightmare difficulty or higher Pretty self explanatory. Kill five of them to get this achievement. Those clones spawn in the Realm of Terror in Act IV. There can only be one (10 Points) Fight and kill 5 clones of yourself in Diablo's Realm of Terror on Hell difficulty or higher. ![]() Watch as they spawn and have your character move to a safe spot immediately if in a danger zone. As the battle rages, the Arch becomes more corrupted, its light blocked by growths of dark matter.Act IV Challenges Uncaged (10 Points) Kill Diablo without getting trapped in a spike cage on Hell difficulty or higher. As befitting its supposed origin, the parts of the Arch that can be seen look like spurs from a giant vertebra made of glowing stone. The map name appears as "The Crystal Arch", and it is where the final battle against Diablo takes place in the game. The Arch appears in Act IV of Diablo III. ![]() The tip of the Crystal Arch as visible in game Weapons forged in harmony with the Lightsong represent the greatest potential of angelic weaponry. Examples include the swords Azurewrath and Amberwing. Weaponry and other equipment may be blessed by the Song of the Arch. However, no human has been able to mimic it. The angelic resonance of the arch can be sensed by some humans. Of note, the Arch specifically called on Tyrael to take the mantle of wisdom after Diablo's defeat, taking the place of the absent Malthael. The replacement does not come instantaneously. If an angel is killed, a replacement angel will be created by the Arch, but such an angel is still a different individual from the one (s)he is replacing. The amount of angels the Lightsong can give birth to is finite-it is a case of them embodying a set amount of Anu's power. These births are said to only occur during moments of perfect harmony in Heaven. Luminous bands flare off the Arch in perfect synchronization with its music, occasionally manifesting as new angels. New angels can be created through a process called the "Lightsong," otherwise referred to as the "Song of the Arch" or "angelic resonance." Here, angels tune their essences into the Crystal Arch in synch. With his fall, the Arch shone once more, cleansing Heaven of Diablo's corruption. Tyrael (now mortal) and his mortal allies were immune to the effects however, and the Nephalem successfully defeated the Prime Evil. ![]() And reach it he did, and the adverse effects began, as a wave of energy shot out, incapacitating nearby angels and causing their wings to fade. With the fall of the Arch, all of Heaven would fall with it.
